Part 4

Global warming is so dangerous, for example theres some kind of crabs that die quickly if theres global warming, that can happen if the degrees increases by 2 which is not good, also for the predators that hunt crabs can go extinct since theres no crabs to eat. Also thanks to global warming the famous lake that used to be located in Africa disappeared 15 years ago. A thing that provokes asthma is dust that travels all the time.

Part 5

In this part of the program it talks about the disappearance of predators. Ants, monkeys, iguanas, are being destructive other habitats that causes a lot of damage. Some rivers are also disappearing because we consume to much. Since wolf are helpful for the ecosystem some people in Canada brought few wolfs to Yellowstone park and then released them after that the wolf are reproducing which is good.

Part 6

In this part it talks about frogs going to extinction,theres about 20 species of frogs going extinct. The frogs salvation is us, because theres some people that are trying to help them, they are also studying them to see the reason they're going to extinction. This also talks about water, they're are trying to discover whats wrong with water. Its all because of the fertilizer so that means that the water is turning into toxic. There is a scientist that is trying to see if plants can consume the toxins that is polluting the water, and species.

"Strange Days On Earth"

Part 1: The movie is mostly about invaders, not those invaders you think of its about some kind of species that are dangerous for earth. Some of them are not though. Like the termites, they are bad, they consume wood a lot, specially in New Orleans. The termites might be weak but when theres a bunch of them they get really strong that New Orleans may be only water.

Part 2: Since theres to many infestations theres diseases, which comes from invaders, those diseases affect humans a lot which is not good, because when that appens theres a chance that human race might go to extinction.

Part 3: There is to much population in earth that were consuming to much that habitats are being destroyed by us which kills species, and it slowly kills us, because since were consuming to much, there will be a point were everything will decrease, and there will be nothing to consume anymore. Climate change is another thing that is consuming us, in this part o the movie it some knd of moose that is going extinct beacsue of mosquito, and during winter they get really cold and start to disapear.

The things I learned from the "Age Of Stupid" are global warming, global warming is not good for the environment, because in the movie it shows that everything is flooded, buildings burning and so many disasters, also theres a tower somewhere in a sea. In that tower they put two same animals in a cage. And theres a guy showing videos, telling the natural disasters that had happened before. Another thing I learned is consumerism. This word means taking in something. For example, the USA consumes the most wealth and some other regions they don't. Theres another example that one percent of wealthy people take almost all the pie, and for those who are not wealthy, get crumbs. Theres to much heat in earth that if we don't fix the global warming problem there will be no way to reverse it which means it can be impossible to establish earth's climate. If this problem isn't solved until 2015, it can be to late. In the end of the movie, it seemed to me that the movie is giving us a warning from the future.

The movie we watched was really interesting, it was about the coral reefs. In the movie I learned what are coral reefs, they are home for many species that live beneath the ocean. The reefs are found in tropical oceans, nearby Australia. The reefs can be really helpful for us human beings, because it can cure someones life, and it can aid people. sadly the reef are endangered, because of pollution, especially global warming, global warming makes the ocean get warm that the reefs start to get white, and then die. Luckily there's people trying to stop global warming, and they are also trying to protect the coral reefs from destruction. Some ideas that might be helpful are stoping pollution, which means to recycle, pickup trash, stop global warming by using less cars, and killing less trees.

My thoughts for saving species are, cutting less trees, less burning grasslands, and less polluting. If we conserve papers, or recycle them we might help species to survive, and without trees they can't live. There was also discovered species, that people never have never seen before, and some of those animals are rare, but they can go extinct again, so it is important to help species because almost all of them are going extinct, like the pandas, polar bears, tigers, and frogs. Theres also another chance that us humans might go extinct to, beacause for example, if the ice starts melting, the ice could turn into water which makes the ocean overflow and cover up cities, countries, and other places. There can be an oppurtunity to save humanity from natural disasters, just by using earth properly. I also noticed that theres people protecting species that means that if that continues to grow there can be a chance that animals wont go extinct anymore.
